I started my Yoga journey over 20 years ago to @shamansdreammusic as one of my first teachers used to play the album Prana. I think this track Moonlight Saptah goes very well with my poem 🙏🏼🪷✨ Slides of last nights colourful sunset. Too beautiful to not share. The river she is swelling. Still a way to go thankfully before she claims the only road onto the island! The first Ancestors Haiku came yesterday after my movement medicine practice, a dance acknowledging my Spirit team! Later I saw a Robin flitting back and forth on the trees outside my boat. Robins have long been known as little messengers of the Ancestors, a reminder they are near. 14 Haiku poem from contemplations on reconciliation. They just kept coming! As always, reminders to Self 😆 Sharing a little of my Joy with you. I took my 6 year old niece ice skating yesterday. She proclaimed loudly, “I LOVE ICE SKATING!” We all wanted to know if I could still spin! Very pleased to report I still can! Last Haiku of 2025 with the last sunset of 2025. It’s been quite (another) year of the unexpected. Not sure I’ve yet found my feet again. Entering 2026 gently with calm reverence and Gratitude for all those that supported me throughout 2025. Reorienting to that which is important. Family. Friendships. Community. Mission. What has a witch to say on Jesus you may ask. Well it’s Christmas time so seems prudent to at least give him a mention does it not? I don’t hold much reverence for the teachings of the church in the name of which many witches were burned, yet ancient forms of Christian Mysticism that have nought to do with the church, have always whispered in my Soul. 8 Christmas Day haiku prayers managed to find their way beyond my aching head and streaming cold yesterday. There’s been a lot of outward focus of late, adventures, travelling here and there supporting friends and family. Quadruple Haiku inspired by life, love and the ghosts of A Christmas Carol.. Future gets a double bill.. Which future are your choices aligning you with now?

Posted @withregram • @thebendywitch Some pics from a crystal/shamanic workshop I did on Saturday at a house in a bluebell wood, for a family of 24, all ages! What a Blessing for me to be invited. The men present were particularly attuned to the crystals and everyone saw something they needed to see. That’s really what this work is about for me. Silence doesn’t need anything from me except my attention. Join us for the last Silent Sunday of 2025 as we make Peace with the trials of the year & celebrate the Wisdom & growth gained through Self Enquiry & Heart Words Meditation. There’s been a change… In case you’re not aware or not in The Silent Revolution telegram group, Meditation Cafe on Monday nights has ended and Silent Sundays has begun. Tonight we live-streamed from Wales. Tara kitty and I parked up, got all settled, only to realise there was no signal! Fortunately, a few minutes drive up the hill we found some! And what a lovely view too. New blog now live, getting a bit more personal than transpersonal in this one! It’s quite long so grab a cuppa if you fancy a read.. apparently I had a lot to say.. inspired by my break down experience on Wednesday! Yesterday my Heart Word was Joy. It turned into a facetious “OH JOY!” as my van power steering decided to pack up and Kali van had her first tow. Where do you like to Meditate? I love Meditating outside, although I realise on writing this I haven’t for a while. I think the last time was in Mums garden and she sneakily snapped a picture of me. I will see if I can find it. “In the sweet territory of Silence we touch the mystery. I appear back on the track.. sort of. I prefer to write and schedule these blogs at least the day before, not write and post on the same day, but at least you have 5 hours and not 5mins to read it before Meditation cafe starts today at 7.30pm.
