Anyone else have a restless night? I was struggling to get back to sleep accompanied by a sense of eeriness. A sudden urge to go outside struck me. I was met with this beautiful sky and looked up to see a rainless rainbow! What if Sophia’s descent into the dark wasn’t a fall, but a conscious choice? The key to our Heart is always in our own hands 🗝️ ♥️🥰 A little late-night writing on the nature of love, loss and returning (again and again) to the source of true joy within ourselves. I called this collection Rapture and it’s based on my true life experiences! Swipe to take a stroll through my very colourful 20 house Haiku village. To label or not to label? That was the question… for many years. Recently I received a late diagnosis of Autism and combined type ADHD. I may have accidentally annoyed the parrots…A Haiku series… Thoughts are okay… AND…🙉🍌💖 This haiku trilogy arrived in three parts.. Part 1 announced itself in my Meditation. Part 2 on my dawn walk over the telly tubby hills. Part 3 at dusk gazing at the ripples on the water..

Posted @withregram • @thebendywitch Some pics from a crystal/shamanic workshop I did on Saturday at a house in a bluebell wood, for a family of 24, all ages! What a Blessing for me to be invited. The men present were particularly attuned to the crystals and everyone saw something they needed to see. That’s really what this work is about for me.
