WHY BOOK A SOUL SESSION?
Sometimes in life we need a little space to be heard, to be witnessed, to be beheld in the field of Universal Love in which our true feelings can emerge and our fears and judgements can dissolve.
Sometimes we find ourself looping and may need a neutral mirror to reflect and offer a different perspective that turns a loop into an upward spiral.
Sometimes no amount of talking is gonna cut it and we just need to lie down and have someone else clear out the dross in our energy field, allow ourselves to receive some Love, Prayers and Blessings.
I offer Sacred Soul Sessions as an invitation to take a Sacred pause, to drink from the well of Wisdom within, to help you reconnect to and remember the beauty inside your own Heart.

CACAO & CREATE
Join me for cosy group gatherings (4 plus me) for “Cacao & Create” circles. We’ll be making intuitive collages, spell infused crystal bracelets and opening up out creative writing channels for starters.
Cacao has many benefits, one of which is softening and opening of the Heart. Entering into relationship with Cacao brings one into deeper relationship with oneself, removing boundaries to our innate and authentic creative expression.
