Create good habits and learn healthy alignment to build a strong foundation and keep the Joy alive in your practice. Whether you are new to Yoga or been doing it for a while, it’s always good to keep coming back to basics. This class is therapeutic in it’s Nature and will improve your posture as well as your relationship with your body and mind.

Meditation Made Easy : Open to All Levels of Experience

Think you can’t Meditate because your mind won’t shut up? Come and let me show you how to not make it matter and still get all the benefits. You’ll learn easy Meditation techniques that you can do with your eyes closed AND your eyes open. Change your relationship with your mind forever and for the better.

Friday Freedom Flow : Intermediate Level

Please Note: From September this Whitespace class will be replaced with my own livestream classes. I will be offering 1 hour, early morning, pre work classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday. You can drop in, buy a 8 class pass or subscribe to Momentum Monthly Membership to access all three days and create some consistency in your practice. Members receive discounts on one to ones and therapies and get first dibs to book live and livestream workshops, courses, retreat days and retreats. Contact me to register your interest.

Set yourSelf free! Avoid that end of week slump with this transformational, awakening, alignment based flow class. You will transition with Grace, into the weekend as you are wholeheartedly encouraged to shed the old and awaken to the new as you release tension that you might be tempted to otherwise carry forward. You will build inner resilience by aligning the mind with the Heart and outer strength through playful Yoga Asanas.
