This morning whilst doing my Heart Words Meditation practice, hand on Heart, I got to my word for this day. This is how it went:
“My Heart, what quality, what energy will support me through just this day?”.
Heart Wisdom: “Love“
“But Heart, I already have that word, it’s my word of the year (2024)…”
Heart Wisdom: “More Love!“
I do Love my Heart Wisdom and this practice! What I’ve learned through this and my Ascension Meditation practice is Love is always the answer and you can never give too much Love. The Love I’m referring to is the Universal kind, the Love that underpins our existence, the scaffolding that keeps us all connected in this field of consciousness and infinite possibility.

Living as an infinite field of Love takes practice. Yes it can be argued that this Universal field of Love is our innate nature so why do we need to practice at being ourselves AND it is also true that we are very out of practice from living as Love in action, in a world that has become fuelled by fear and hatred, competition and war, selfishness and greed.
Love in the 21st century has become an ideology, a fleeting experience confused with satisfaction, something we get if we’re worthy and give out to those our mind deems deserving. Having experienced this type of love with a little “l”, of which I’ve also danced around the kitchen to Jamiroquai’s little “l” song many a time too, I can safely say that Love with a big L has no opposite.
I wonder if the opposite of hate is really idolatry. To make Love the opposite to hate is surely the biggest clue that we are in separation. Having felt unworthy of Love much of my life, finding no solid foundation in the external kind, the only place left to look for it has been within.
Experiencing oneSelf as Love is an ongoing cosmic exploration of, well.. LOVE! The ego is very good at disguising itself as Love. One thing is for sure, Love is not a people pleaser and when you find yourself in that mistaken identity, the person in need of your Love the most, is probably you.
Remembering you are Love is a homecoming. No matter how far you drift, how many times or for how long, home is never very far away. Here’s a little poem to remind you of this, it’s called Wake Up.
Wake Up From 1000 slumbers
It matters not how many times
Wake Up From 1000 slumbers
Celebrate 1000 times
Wake Up And 1000 petals
Blossom into Love Divine
Wake Up And 1000 journeys
In a moment takes no time

Here’s a big L Love song I like to sing along to. The words are really easy so I do hope you’ll sing along:
"More Life, More Blessings, More Love, More Peace
More Life, More Blessings, More Unity"
Thanks Sam Garrett for spreading the Love 💞
