I have just returned from a New Year retreat with Sandy Newbigging. This poem was written for Sandy who completely embodied his teachings. I wholeheartedly recommend that you have a look at Sandy’s work, particularly the Mind Calm book and CD. The techniques are so simple and with lightening speed you will find Peace with your mind as you rest in your silent, still and spacious awareness. The retreat was a mixture of techniques from his books Mind Calm & New Beginnings which had a workbook included to help you work out what you really want and how you are going to manifest it! What better way to start the New Year.
